In using this website and/or placing an order with Greenmeanie Domains, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Greenmeanie Domains terms and conditions. “Ourselves”, “Our”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Greenmeanie Domains.  “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the our stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

DOMAIN NAMES:

Greenmeanie Domains provide sales and leasing of pre-registered/aged domain names. All domains offered for sale or leasing on this website are currently owned by Greenmeanie. We have full legal ownership of domains and rights to sell/lease.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

All payments are in UK Pound Sterling

All services are set up on a prepay basis. Although we reserves the right to change prices of domain names (sales and leasing) at any time, all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment.

All leasing prices will be agreed at time at start of agreement and wil be guaranteed unchanged throughout leasing period. Where a leasing includes an option to buy price at end of leasing period, this price is also guaranteed to remain unchanged during leasing agreement. If leasing period / option to buy period expires, then any new agreement price may be subject to change.

Domain ownership transfer is only upon full payment of agreed purchase price.

In addition, Greenmeanie Domains reserves the right to suspend/cancel leasing rights, with immediate effect, if customer fails to make one of the agreed payments. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep running costs down we run a number of payment options. Credit/Debit Cards/Apple Pay/Google Pay via the secure payment processors Stripe. Bank Transfer: This option is available upon request.

RENEWAL OF LEASING SERVICES:

Leasing options provided by us, including lease to buy options, will have a have a agreement in place (including payment amounts & frequency, plus any final purchase option amount).

As a rule, subscription payments for such services are set up. Where renewal payments are received on time, customers will experience no interruption to their service and rights to use domain within leasing agreement. Where renewal payment fails or is not made by customer by due date, then we reserve the right to suspend service with immediate effect, as per section ‘Suspension of Agreement’

SUSPENSION OF AGREEMENT:

We reserve the right to suspend any leasing agreement where subscription payment for an agreement is not made. Suspensions will take effect immediately upon failure of payment.

Depending upon agreement, there may be a short grace period allowing for a leasing agreement to be reactivated and retaining existing agreement terms, subject to a £20 admin fee (in addition to renewal payment) is payable for the leasing agreement to be reactivated.

Where no grace period option available, all rights to domain under leasing agreement will be lost upon agreement suspension.

Where a leasing agreement is suspended due to missed or non-payment, then Greenmeanie will not be held liable or responsible for any adverse impact (financial, reputational or any other impact) that suspension of a leasing agreement has on any website or business that the customer has linked to domain name.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:

We reserve the right to cancel the service at any time where a customer fails to make full payment in line with purchase/leasing agreement.

If a customer loses leasing rights due to missed/non-payment of an agreed leasing payment, a refund of payments made to date will not be issued. 

Refunds: Following the transfer of ownership of a domain, be this following purchase or following paying a final buy option payment, then transaction will be considered complete and all payments will be non-refundable.

COPYRIGHT CLAIMS:

We are unable to provide any legal expertise or advice regarding copyright names /  trademarks, etc. All domain sales are final and names are purchased as seen. If the owner of any intellectual property (IP), registered trademark or copyrighted material, makes any claim on a domain name following ownership transfer, then we cannot involve ourselves in any discussion over permission rights, etc – this would be between the new domain owner and IP holder.

All domain sales are final and following transfer of ownership, ceases Greenmeanie’s involvement in a specific domain name. Domain names are sold as seen and any new domain owner agrees that upon purchase and domain ownership transfer, that they take on all responsibility for domain name and they will not hold Greenmeanie Domains or any subsiduary business liable for any subsequent trademark or copyright claim (whether successful or not) .

Greenmeanie Domains will not be held responsible or liable for any costs involved, be this financial, reputational or website downtime a domain owner has if they are challenged regarding trademark/copyright claim.

Terms will be built into any leasing agreement regarding any trademark/copyright claim. Customers are advised to do their own due diligence and seek legal advice before entering into a leasing agreements. Similarly, Greenmeanie Domains will not be held liable for any costs,be this financial, reputational or website downtime from a customer if the domain name leased is challenged regarding trademark/copyright claim.

LEGAL ADVICE:

We are not in a position to offer you any legal advice, implied or otherwise, on any matter in relation to your use of the domain name, the running of any website or business you use domain name for, your business legal requirements, compliance with laws, rules or regulations. Nor can we be held responsible for any changes in legislation that may have a bearing on the use of a domain name, nor can we offer any legal advice, implied or otherwise, regarding any legislation. If in doubt, you should seek independent legal advice..

INDEMNIFICATION:

The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Greenmeanie Domains harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against us, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Greenmeanie Domains against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold, supplied or otherwise distributed in connection with our servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement; (4) any defective products sold or supplied to a customer from website hosted our server and (5) any losses, legal costs or anything related to criminal matters where an illegal item (as defined by local law anywhere in world and not restricted to UK) is sold or supplied from a website hosted on our servers.

ACCEPTANCE:

All orders placed with Greenmeanie Domains are subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed above – your full agreement to all our published terms is made as soon as you complete/pay for an order.

We reserve the right to revise its policies at any time.
